Hey again! Guess some of you don't mind waiting for the next...tips. XD Okay, so hope you guys love it this time and not only the first. Well, any of you think my first tips were nice? ._. I'm just trying to make this blog and my page active more. Anyway, here's the second tips. ^_^ Enjoy!
Hard to fall asleep when dawn falls?
Why?
~Well, most of you might had this problem while some don't. If you get worn out after doing some housework or playing outdoors, you will sleep soundly and had no trouble sleeping at all. You might even snore! So, if you guys stay up very late...maybe after midnight, it's bad for health. People had to start sleeping at 9 or 10. It was one of the best time to sleep but if you insist on staying up late, over 10, your last choice would be at 11. That's the latest time you could sleep.

Bad habits
~Some parents had this bad habit of sleeping late to burn the midnight oil. They might also come back very late like midnight or in the morning. Some parents might even watch TV at 11 and they are likely to switch off their lights at 12. This shows a bad example to their children as they might follow their parents by watching the TV together with their parents. So, parents should forced their children to sleep or they should at least close the TV and push them to bed.
One of our daily needs
~Ever see a cat sleeps? Of course you do! Even if you don't have a pet, you can see stray animals sleeping in the afternoon somewhere near restaurants or in your neighbours' houses. So, as you can see, sleeping is one of our most important needs as well as animals. If you didn't sleep for a few days, you will surely look like a panda! You will feel exhausted as well.
Beauty comes from sleeping too
~Want to be pretty? Sleep well and sleep enough so that you will leave no black spots under your eyes but a fair ones. Sleeping could let your small workers inside your body to rest while a few work. The work include repairing the skins and you would have no problems with your skins. Also, remember this: Sleep early, wake early. So, if you wake up late, your attitude would become very bad indeed and if you would not be a beauty as your attitude are not golden.
Okay, so, I'm just telling you what and why. If you guys can't sleep or hard to force yourself to sleep, go and read the tips below! (It is my tips anyway.)

2. Close your eyes for a moment.

More tips about sleeping
If you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy.
~Sit on your bed quietly and you can read a book and switch on the light but don't open too bright and not too dark in case you'll be blind. Read until your eyes feel tired and you'll be sleeping in no time.
Don't take naps
~This will ensure you are tired at bedtime. If you just can't make it through the day without a nap, sleep less than one hour, before 3 pm.
Get up and go to bed the same time every day
~Even on weekends! When your sleep cycle has a regular rhythm, you will feel better and could get up earlier easily.
Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime
~Regular exercise is recommended to help you sleep well, but the timing of the workout is important. Exercising in the morning or early afternoon will not interfere with sleep.
Develop sleep rituals
~It is important to give your body cues that it is time to slow down and sleep. Listen to relaxing music, read something soothing for 15 minutes, have a cup of caffeine free tea, do relaxation exercises.
Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed
~Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants that interfere with your ability to fall asleep. Coffee, tea, cola, cocoa, chocolate and some prescription and non-prescription drugs contain caffeine. Cigarettes and some drugs contain nicotine. Alcohol may seem to help you sleep in the beginning as it slows brain activity, but you will end end up having fragmented sleep.
Have a light snack before bed
If your stomach is too empty, that can interfere with sleep. However, if you eat a heavy meal before bedtime, that can interfere as well. Dairy products and turkey contain tryptophan, which acts as a natural sleep inducer. Tryptophan is probably why a warm glass of milk is sometimes recommended.
Make sure your bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable
A hot room can be uncomfortable. A cooler room along with enough blankets to stay warm is recommended. If light in the early morning bothers you, get a blackout shade or wear a slumber mask. If noise bothers you, wear earplugs or get a white noise machine.
